Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ordinary Energy website. By accessing or using sipordinary.com and purchasing products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Blue Hound Brands LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company doing business as Ordinary Energy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ordinary Energy website (the "Site") and purchasing products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Blue Hound Brands LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company doing business as Ordinary Energy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase products on this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our energy drink products contain caffeine and are not intended for individuals under 18, pregnant or nursing women, or persons sensitive to caffeine.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, including order history and subscriptions, you may create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm and process your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing; if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

5. Subscriptions

We may offer subscription-based purchasing options. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice.

6. Payments

All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card information on our servers.

7. Shipping and Returns

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened items. Unopened, undamaged products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Health Disclaimers

Ordinary Energy products contain caffeine and other active ingredients. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a physician before consuming if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical concern. Do not consume more than the recommended daily serving. Keep out of reach of children.

The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blue Hound Brands LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
