RETURN & REFUND POLICY Ordinary Energy A brand of Blue Hound Brands LLC Effective Date: April 22, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Ordinary Energy. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Opened Products

Due to the consumable nature of our energy drink products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or partially consumed items. All sales of opened products are final.

Unopened Products

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sipordinary.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sipordinary.com or 615-200-0145. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@sipordinary.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Items purchased on final sale or as part of a clearance promotion
  • Gift cards
