Thank you for your order! We want to get your Ordinary Energy products to you as quickly as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below for everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping thresholds or promotional offers will be clearly displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers at our discretion. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@sipordinary.com.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at hello@sipordinary.com or 615-200-0145 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and products before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sipordinary.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
